The 135-bed hotel situated at Leigh Sports Village is unique,
with all 4 storeys incorporating Bison Beam concrete floors directly onto SIP walls.

Selected by the client for the system's speed of erection and exceptional thermal properties, more than 14,000sqm of SIPS wall and roof panels were installed and finished in render and longspan wall cladding.
